Our Team
Rowan is split into three teams.
- Our Private Capital team are functional experts. They work with SME owner/founders to appoint business leaders across key business functions:
- Our Private Equity team works with primary investors to appoint PE-standard business leaders within the consumer, technology, life sciences, industrials and professionals services sectors.
- The Leadership Dynamics team delivers our leadership assessment and optimisation programmes, as well as management due diligence, using our proprietary, data-driven business solutions suite; Leadership Dynamics and PACE.
Within these key functions there sits a ‘Head of’, Associate Directors, Consultants and professional Researchers.
- Our Researchers are our ‘eyes and ears’ in the marketplace; they search for and manage a pool of high-performing leaders.
- Our Consultants, Associate Directors and ‘Heads of’ are specialist leadership advisors who have an intimate understanding the founder led market.
