Gina works closely with Johnathan in our Leadership Dynamics and NED team. She has experience at Executive level inside a PE-backed organisation that experienced exponential growth, and is well-positioned to advise on the leadership challenges of moving from privately owned to PE backed.
Before joining Rowan, Gina was an Executive-level HR professional, qualified to MCIPD level 7 with 22 years experience.
This included supporting growth in entrepreneurial, and Private Equity/Venture Capital-backed organisations, due diligence and leadership team assessments for PE.
Outside of work Gina juggles singing in an 80s cover band with looking after Cocoa; her crazy Cocker Spaniel!
