After spending over a decade working for leading retail brands like Zara and Marks and Spencer, Lexi brings that expertise and industry knowledge to Rowan’s Sales and Marketing practice, working closely with Louise Stephenson. Lexi specialises in the appointment of leaders and future leaders into both owner-managed and PE/VC-backed SMEs across the North-West region.
In her personal time Lexi loves to ski, climb and explore the world as well as being a bit of a coffee connoisseur. She’s recently bought her first house in the lovely village of Edgeworth, and has her hands full trying to balance work, redecorating and raising her two fluffy new kittens!
