Carl has been working in financial Talent Acquisition and Executive Search since 1999, mainly across Lancashire, and has built an in-depth knowledge of the local market, including many of the region’s leading businesses.
He’s worked with Rowan since 2014, and believes the most important element of his role is to treat both clients and candidates with a long-term relationship in mind, and his network and reputation in the industry are testament to this.
A father of two and a classic car enthusiast, Carl is as busy outside of the office as he is in it.
