We’re very excited to announce our newest Associate Director-level hire: Tammy Hopla!
Tammy is an ACCA-qualified Finance Director, who is using her considerable commercial experience, finance industry knowledge and extensive network of contacts to pivot into a senior position within Rowan. She will work in the C-Suite team alongside Paul Waite, David Anwyl, Jane Chantry and Claire Powell, as well as the Finance team’s Peter Holt and Carl Meyler, matching Board-level finance professionals to our SME owner/founder clients, in order to fuel business growth.
Tammy will also work closely with Johnathan Massey, helping to create value for the owner/founder and investors by using our proprietary LD software to objectively analyse senior leadership teams, and deliver data-led solutions to improve SME performance.
A product of our values-based internal recruitment policy, Tammy was previously Head of Finance at both Mothercare Plc and Morrisons, and subsequently joined Beautiful Drinks as Finance Director. The latter is a privately owned, growing, North-West SME, and is very similar to much of Rowan’s client base. This insider experience should prove invaluable to Tammy’s clients moving forward, and she can’t wait to get started with us.
