Time flies! Our banking and financial Consultant Iain Duncan is celebrating his one-year anniversary with Rowan today.
Iain has become an integral part of our set-up; bringing his practical experience, banking insight and the business contacts he’s made over the years to Rowan in an advisory capacity, working closely with Rowan’s SME owner/founder clients and investors across all departments.
He also lends his considerable expertise to Johnathan Massey’s Leadership Dynamics team, helping to create value for the owner/founder and investors by using our proprietary LD software to objectively analyse senior leadership teams, and deliver data-led solutions to improve SME performance.

Iain was a Senior Manager with global bank HSBC for over 36 years, primarily in the North-West, and is qualified to degree level as an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). Although North-West-based, he is a proud native of Newcastle, and a long-suffering (yet perpetually optimistic) fan of its football team.
