The Manchester-based manufacturer and supplier of soft furnishings, Julian Charles, has signed a five-year contract with Expect Distribution. Expect Distribution is a family-owned, logistics and warehousing business based in Yorkshire.
Julian Charles has 72 stores across the UK and a rapidly growing e-commerce platform. Therefore, the business required a bespoke pick and pack operation. The partnership began this autumn and has created fifteen jobs at Expect’s site in Bradford. Expect will continue to grow their warehouse facilities to accommodate client growth and demand, including the opening of a new site within the next 18 months.
