Mr Flyer and Flow Solutions, both West Yorkshire print businesses, have completed a merger deal to form a £2.5 million company.
The two businesses offer complementary services. Mr Flyer is a multi-award winning leaflet distribution business that collaborates with a variety of industries across the UK. Specialities include home improvement, schools and estate agents. Whereas, Flow Solutions is a print, fulfilment and mail business that offers direct mail campaigns and associated services. Flow Solutions has worked with numerous blue-chip PLCs such as Cadbury, Disney and Virgin.
Andrew Robinson founded Mr Flyer in 2011 and said that “Mr Flyer needed to progress to the next level and this merger deal has allowed both businesses to have the scope to grow considerably.”
Director and Co-Founder of Flow Solutions, Richard Standing, said that “The deal unites the core strengths that both companies bring to the table to create a much stronger business offering.”
All members of staff will be retained and the Flow Solutions office in Brighouse will become the new head office of Flow Solutions UK Limited.
