Rowan’s new Life Sciences & Healthcare division, led by Josh Guest, has gained a new Senior Consultant this week: Jennifer Crompton
Jenn is focused on appointing industry-specific, scientifically or technically niche senior leadership positions for life sciences companies, such as pharmaceuticals and biotech.
With over a decade of experience working closely with C-suite executives from her hometown of New York, Jenn started her career in executive assistance by heading up the central administration operations for a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, focused on drug development across Europe and worldwide.
Jenn is enthusiastic about developing meaningful relationships with ambitious companies looking to change the world with groundbreaking innovation, which will transform global health.
Outside of the office, Jenn is a proud mum to two cute dogs and loves a scenic hiking trail to free her mind. She’s also a lover of surrealist art, tattoo work, and photography.
