Rowan’s new trio; Associate Director Tammy Hopla, Senior Consultant Jack Bottomley and Executive Researcher Emma Milton have been featured in a number of publications this week, including Insider Media and Business Up North.
Indicative of our upward trajectory, the trio join after a record year (2021) and record quarter (Q1 2022) for Rowan. Since initial publication, Executive Researcher Kate Delves has also joined the team.
These recent hires are great examples of our values-based recruitment policy: none of our new team members come from a traditional Search or recruitment background, but we’ve spotted something in them that we know we can build on to ensure their success in the business!
