Massive congratulations to Executive Researcher Sarah Morrell, who celebrates her seven-year anniversary today with Rowan Executive Search!
Typical of Rowan’s value-based internal recruitment policy, Sarah comes from a legal background, having started her career as a Paralegal after attaining a Law degree. She showed great aptitude for the job, a willingness to learn and – most importantly – exemplified our five core values effortlessly:

The last seven years have seen Sarah work solely in Rowan’s Finance team, alongside Practice Director Peter Holt, Carl Meyler, Katie Seabrook, Cassie Cherry and Sara Jackson.
Sarah’s progression in the business has been consistent, having started as a Junior Consultant in Rowan’s halcyon early days, progressing to Executive Researcher, where she now works on Finance leader and future leader mandates – typically senior FD and CFO appointments.
