We are proud to announce that we have recruited 3 new permanent members of staff to strengthen our management team and research capability, following 23% growth in 2019.
Simon Thorne and Scott Wilkinson join Rowan as Associate Directors for Finance and Sales & Marketing respectively. Traci Lingard will also be supporting our Finance function, bolstering our research capability. Simon, Scott and Traci are the first of a number of key hires we are business is looking to make this year, bringing the current tally to 27 employees – with a further 8 hires planned over the course of 2020. Paul Waite, commented on the strategy behind our recruitment drive: “The SME sector in the North West is seeing continued growth, innovation and record levels of investment. We want to seize the opportunities this success provides and grow our team to help us better service our current SME clients, as well as set us up for geographical expansion beyond the North West in 2021. Simon, Scott and Traci are the first experienced hires to complement our highly talented work force/team, further enhancing our ability to deliver board and management appointments to ambitious SMEs. We’re passionate about fuelling client growth through people and now it’s time for us to do the same!” Simon joins Rowan from his previous role as Recruitment Manager for UK & Europe at Fircroft and will be overseeing the recruitment of senior interim finance positions.
