Teresa has enjoyed a successful career in HR and Executive Search for over 17 years, and has been with Rowan since 2014.
She leads on all HR and Operations placements for ambitious SMEs in the North-West, and brings a unique perspective to the Executive Search and Assessment process, having worked within the HR function for The Co-Operative.
It was with the Co-Op that Teresa studied for her CIPD, and she established their first in-house resourcing team. Teresa believes the most important attitude to have is ‘just give it a go’. Outside of work, she’s a fan of country music, hiking, and spending time with her two young children.
