Commerce marketing firm SMG bought in £15.7m deal.
The North-West operator – which specialises in connecting retailers with shoppers instore and online, along with its subsidiaries; Lobster Agency, Threefold and Capture Marketing – has been bought by Next 15 Communications Group.
Founded in 2008, the business specialises in data-led commerce marketing activation, and is led by CEO Samuel Knights.
