We focus on our clients and candidates most of the time. After all, our mantra here at Rowan is, “People-Powered Growth”.
But who are the people that make us what we are, and what do they do on a day-to-day basis to help us maintain our status as the North’s leading Search and Assessment practice for SMEs and Private Equity clients?
Meet the Sales and Marketing Team!
The team consists of (from left to right):
Louise Stephenson (Associate CIPD), Director and the leader of the team. Louise has over 20 years of recruitment and Executive Search experience, and works to appoint Sales and Marketing leaders up to Sales Director and CMO level. Lou’s also a keen Scuba Diver and dedicated mum of two.
Scott Wilkinson BA, MIRP, Associate Director. Scott has over 7 years’ recruitment experience within the North-West market. He joined Rowan’s Sales & Marketing division 2 years ago and specialises in securing Sales and Marketing ‘future leaders’ and C-Suite professionals, focusing on B2B sectors, namely; infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing and business services.
Away from the office, Scott is a father of two young boys; Wilbur Wilkinson and Arthur Wilkinson. He is also an avid cricketer, playing in the famous Lancashire League for Enfield CC, as well as being a passionate Burnley FC fan.
Lexi Graty, Senior Consultant. The newest member of the team, Lexi is making the most of her previous career in retail, focusing on appointing Managers and future leaders in the digital and e-commerce sectors.
She sees competition as one of the biggest challenges for growth in 2022, and enjoys discussing the strategic direction of e-commerce businesses from the perspective of brand, supply chain, acquisition, social media and new technology.
Lexi is a proud ‘cat mum’ and has just moved to the picturesque village of Edgworth in the Lancashire moors. She’s also recently started to explore the world of bouldering and is off to Bulgaria to ski in the mountains of Bansko soon.
Fiona Flack, Executive Researcher. Fiona supports the team by finding and engaging with difficult-to-reach candidates, assessing them for the appointments the team is mandated on and delivering shortlists to the team.
Fiona’s a big live music fan and her favourite band is the Foo Fighters!
The Sales & Marketing team see the two disciplines as increasingly intertwined. Marketing professionals need to be commercially savvy, whereas sales professionals need to think about how the sales cycle, feeds into the marketing process, and so the team takes a holistic approach to the work it does.
With numerous successful Board- and Director-level appointments, as well as record turnover in 2021, the Sales & Marketing team is going from strength to strength, and is looking to expand with the addition of an Associate Director and Executive Researcher to meet growing demand. Please contact Louise for details.
