We’re really excited to welcome Mark Fahy to the Rowan Executive Search family!
Mark has a long and successful track record in the Financial Services sector, spending fourteen years at the London Stock Exchange, heading up its UK small and mid-cap companies’ practice. Here, he was responsible for quoted company relationship management, the LSE’s Elite programme and the IPO pipeline across the regions.
More recently, Mark worked as Head of New Business for Corporate Finance boutique Rickitt Mitchell, supporting SMEs on their growth and funding journeys.
Mark joins the team as an Associate Director, and will work closely with Associate Director Louise Stephenson (Associate CIPD), who leads the Sales & Marketing practice, alongside Associate Director Scott Wilkinson BA, MIRP and the Executive Research team, specialising in Board & Director appointments for privately-owned and PE-backed SMEs across the UK.
Mark brings an enviable network and a unique, specialised skillset to Rowan, and represents the continued investment in people that underpins Rowan’s growth. Outside of work, Mark is a keen cricketer, and the sole Manchester City fan in an office full of Reds – much to MD Paul Waite’s chagrin!
