Jack Bottomley joins Rowan's HR & Ops team

We’re delighted to welcome our newest Rowan team member, Jack Bottomley, to the business.

Jack joins Louise Ellis‘ HR & Ops practice, alongside Gemma Mafe and Jennie Adamson, and will work with our SME clients to match and appoint SMT-level talent to drive business growth from an operational perspective.

Jack graduated in 2016 with a business management degree from Liverpool John Moores University and worked within Operations and Logistics for just under 4 years for Wincanton & THG. He progressed to Shift Manager-level with THG’s robotic site-launch in Manchester, and has worked with household names like Heinz & B&Q.

Jack is another great example of our values-based internal recruitment policy. He is new to the world of Executive Search, but was able to demonstrate our five values of commitment, authenticity, progressiveness, collaboration and rigour, as well as showing great enthusiasm and aptitude for the job, and an impressive level of knowledge and experience of operational business functions.

Outside of work Jack is a voracious reader, keen follower of the Formula1 Red Bull team and he plays golf when the weather permits! He’s also been around the world in fewer then 30 days, including stops in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji & LA.

Jack is raring to go, and Louise is excited to be expanding her HR & Ops team, and looking forward to helping Jack make his career with Rowan a success.

Rowan is still growing, and if you think you can demonstrate the aforementioned values we look for in our team members, as well as an aptitude for the job and eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you. Contact our Head of Talent Teresa Gundry here -> https://rowangroup.uk.com/join-us/
