“Today is International Women’s Day, and here at Rowan we wanted to celebrate the ways we #Breakthebias. There are 18 women in our team, making up almost two-thirds of the company. Our mantra is ‘People-Powered Growth’ and that is how we see all of our Rowanites; as people – gender is never seen as a hindrance or a barrier – we embrace diversity!
Our wonderful Managing Director, Paul Waite, has created a flexible, supportive environment for all employees.
Whether you’re a parent committed to the school run, a carer supporting a friend or relative or you simply choose to carve out time each day for your mental health, Rowan encourages a healthy work-life balance and empowers all employees to efficiently manage their working week.
No matter your gender identity, at Rowan everyone is given equal opportunity to progress within the company, and if they are comfortable in their current role – the opportunity to stay right where they are!
Gender equality is incredibly important to us here; we’re big advocates of equality in the workplace and providing the same opportunities for everyone. Help us #Breakthebias by promoting this message of equality far and wide!”
Rowan’s team is currently growing, and as you can see, we’re a very inclusive employer! As long as you can demonstrate our five key values of authenticity, commitment, progressiveness, collaboration and rigour, as well as demonstrating an aptitude for the job – we want to hear from you!
