The deal involved Pinesh Mehta leading PE House BGF‘s investment of £7.5m in the cloud-based, tech-led services provider, which will help the business’ growth plans via both national and overseas customer acquisition.
In the last 12 months or so, fulfilmentcrowd MD Lee Thompson worked with Rowan Executive Search‘s Paul Waite, Carl Meyler, Louise Ellis and others to restructure its Executive Board, bringing in key CFO, COO and CMO appointees, as well as Non-Exec Chair Michael McGrath, in order to ready the business for investment and its next phase of growth.
