Background

Established in 2012 by entrepreneurial founders, Vampire Vape are an extremely ambitious manufacturer of e-liquid and other vaping products. Selling into retail & through their own ecommerce channels, the business came to Rowan on the verge of massive growth:

  • International ambitions
  • Targeting £150m turnover
  • Vision to become the leading vape brand in the UK

Rowan were retained by founder Phil Boyle, in order to assess the current management structure and appoint a number of senior roles, starting with a new Sales Director.

Journey

Rowan formed a close partnership with Phil, getting under the skin of his vision for the business, and how Rowan could attract the right calibre and culture of Sales Director to fuel his ambitions to:
