With over 20 years recruitment experience, Louise has recruited sales professionals at senior level, and personally sat at SMT level and managed a number of sales teams. Passionate about her role, Louise is qualified to CIPD level 5, supporting the SME market with organisational design and the life cycle of their business.
Having been with Rowan since September 2016, Louise lives by the daily mantra that there is always a solution, you just have to find it. She LOVES her job, and she LOVES the people. A keen scuba diver, theatre goer, and dedicated mum, Louise is certainly living her life to the full both professionally, and personally.
