Candidate Data

Data we collect is from the following sources:-

• Directly from candidates/potential candidates.
• Third parties including, but not limited to publicly available sources and subscription services and referrals and references from your network.

We collect:-

• Contact details including telephone numbers, email addresses and home addresses.
• Employment and education history.
• Remuneration and benefit details.
• Results of any psychometric testing we carry out.
• Passport details (for the purposes of verifying eligibility to work in the UK).

We use information collected:-

• To provide candidates with recruitment services.
• To assess candidates’ suitability for vacancies we are instructed to work on by clients.  We do not share personal data with clients until the
• individual to whom it relates has given us permission to do so.
• We may use contact details to issue invitations to professional development events from time to time.
• Consent

We will request consent from candidates to retain and process data orally, by email or through our website and record the response.  Candidates have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Client Data

Data we collect is from the following sources:-

• Directly from clients/potential clients.
• Third parties including, but not limited to publicly available sources and subscription services and referrals and references from your network.

We collect:-

• Contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses.
• Information about the client and its employees.

We will use this data to:-

• Provide recruitment services and facilitate recruitment processes.
• We may use contact details to issue invitations to events from time to time.

Referee Data

Data we collect is from the following sources:-

• Directly from referees.
• Third parties including, but not limited to publicly available sources and subscription services and referrals and references from your network.

We collect:-

• Contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses.
• Employment details.
• The connection to the candidate concerned.
• Opinions on candidate suitability for specific roles.

We will use this data to:-

• Verify candidate details and qualifications to ensure they are well matched to client requirements.
• We may use contact details to contact referees in relation to recruitment services that may be of interest to them.

Supplier Data

We may collect personal data as part of our contractual relationship, for the purposes of ensuring that relationship is effective.

Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

Rowan Recruitment Ltd is committed to safeguarding the personal information we hold and take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect it from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.  We also require that third party service providers who supply our hosted data storage applications maintain robust security and confidentiality measures and use data in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.
